Background: Splitgraph, a platform that enables data-intensive workflows, was looking to redesign its interface to improve user experience and increase adoption. The existing interface was complex, with multiple features and options that were overwhelming to users. Flambee Digital Agency was brought on board as a design partner to help Splitgraph achieve its goals.
Design Process: Our design process began with a deep dive into the user’s needs and pain points. We conducted user research interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into how users interacted with the platform. We identified key pain points, such as difficulty navigating the interface, confusion about workflow options, and frustration with data processing.
